Lisa is passionate about optimal health, always looking to understand the root cause of her client’s symptoms.

Naturopathic Nutritionist
Kiowa is a Naturopathic Nutritionist who qualified from CNM in 2012 and she is a fully qualified, full member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association.
She specialises in brain health (mood and cognition) and the gut-brain connection and predominantly treats clients suffering with anxiety, OCD, ADHD and depression.
Kiowa will be advising in the shop one Saturday a month.

Talula Hendrik
Holistic Health Coach
Talula works at the shop every Wednesday and is a qualified Holistic Health Coach having studied with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2021.
Talula supports her clients to improve their health and well-being through an integrative approach that includes lifestyle changes, self-care, eating habits and so much more by teaching holistic nutrition fundamentals.
She firmly believes that optimal health is more than just the food on our plate.
Tallula can be found in store every Wednesday.
